Raw material is put into the injection machine with high temperature heating for melting and forming
Cutting the semifinished material to stem & leaves outline
Moulding and Heating the cutting parts by injection molding machines
Injection and Pressing the stem & leaves
Dyeing, Painting and Flocking flowers & leaves to semi-manufactures
Assembleing all parts to be the final leaves & flower and assembling plant into vase or pot
Packing: Normal package, Fragile package and PDQ package
Quality Control Procedure
Environmental standard PE and PU raw material all import from Singapore and Malaysia southeast Asia country
First-piece product confirmation → Process inspection → Final inspection.
